Dfts and those acting in concert with them, including their attorneys, are enjoined from proceeding with the arbitration filed by dfts before FINRA as David M. Reaves, as Trustee for Bennett Liquidating Trust, et al. v. Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. Case No. 09-05232. FURTHER ORDERED denying dfts' 28 Motion to Dismiss. FURTHER ORDERED declaring that Schwab is not required to arbitrate the claims asserted against it in the Arbitration Action filed by Dfts.
