ORDER granting Defendants' 25 Motion to Compel Arbitration. The parties are directed to proceed to arbitration in accordance with the terms of the governing arbitration agreement (Doc. 25-1 at 4-5). Defendants are required to pay all reasonabl e fees and costs associated with the arbitration proceedings (see Doc. 29 at 2). Plaintiff's complaint (Doc. 1) is dismissed.
