The Clerk of Court must send Pla a service packet including the First Amended Complaint (Doc. 7 ), this Order, and both summons and request for waiver forms for Dfts McCraw, Friedman, and Maricopa County. Pla must complete and return the service packet to the Clerk of Court within 21 days of the date of filing of this Order. Dfts must answer the First Amended Complaint or otherwise respo nd by appropriate motion within the time provided by the applicable provisions of Rule 12(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
