Within 30 days from the date of this Order, Plaintiff must show cause why John Does 1, 5, and 6 should not be dismissed for failure to identify them and why Counts I and VIII should not be dismissed. April 21, 2011 Opinion or Order Filing 12 ORDER (Service Packet) Counts Two through Six are dismissed without prejudice. Defendants Arpaio, Correctional Health Services, and John Does Two, Three, and Four are dismissed without prejudice. Defendant Maricopa County/Maricopa County Supervisors must answer Count Seven. The Clerk of Court must send Plaintiff a service packet including the Second Amended Complaint (Doc. 11), this Order, and both summons and request for waiver forms for Defendant Maricopa County/Maricopa County Supervisors. P laintiff must complete and return the service packet to the Clerk of Court within 21 days of the date of filing of this Order. This matter is referred to Magistrate Judge Lawrence O.
