ORDER: Plaintiffs' Motion in Limine 118 is GRANTED, in part, with respect to the Plaintiffs' use or non-use of seat belts, as stated on the record at the Final Pretrial Conference and set forth in the Courts December 23, 1013 Order [133 ]. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs' Motion in Limine 118 is DENIED, in part, with respect to the issue of Plaintiffs' alleged comparative fault. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties will submit revised jury instructions to the Court at bade_chambers@azd.uscourts.gov to reflect the effect of this Order.
