ORDER granting 31 Motion to Compel as follows: No later than August 10, 2012, 1. Logan's shall provide responses to Plaintiff's Non-Uniform Interrogatories. 2. Logan's shall produce any incident reports or other records regarding sl ip and falls on peanuts, peanut shells, and/or peanut debris occurring at any of its restaurants from 2005 until January 16, 2010. 3. The parties shall either agree to confidentiality terms with respect to Logan's training manuals and floor plans or shall submit the documents to the Court for in camera review.
