ORDER granting 56 parties' Stipulation of Settlement and Parties' Joint Motion for Court Approval. The parties' Settlement Agreement is hereby APPROVED in its entirety. Factor Sales shall promptly distribute all settlement checks as agreed in the parties' Settlement Agreement. Except for Plaintiffs' claim for an award of their attorneys' fees, court costs, and other litigation expenses authorized by law, all claims in this action are hereby dismissed with pr ejudice.
