The failure to comply with A.R.S. § 12-2602(B) and this Order may result in sanctions, including but not limited to, the dismissal of th is action or the preclusion of Plaintiff's standard-of-care expert in this lawsuit. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, because the briefing is adequate and oral argument would not aid the Court, Defendants' request for oral argument is DENIED.
