Certified mail of above items also to U.S. Attorney General and Respondent. Respondent must answer the Petition and respond to the Motion forPreliminary Inj unction within 20 days of the date of service. The Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus (Doc. 1) is referred to Magistrate JudgeLawrence O. Anderson for further proceedings and a report and recommendation.
