Filing 8 ORDER Plaintiff's Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis is granted. (Doc. 2 .) As required by the accompanying Order to the appropriate government agency, Plaintiff must pay the $350.00 filing fee and is assessed an initial partial fili ng fee of $17.06. The Complaint and this action are dismissed for failure to state a claim without leave to amend pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915A(b)(1), and the Clerk of Court must enter judgment accordingly. (Doc. 1.) Plaintiff's motion s for appointment of counsel and to submit addresses to theU.S. Marshal are denied as moot. (Doc. 6 , 7 .) The Clerk of Court must make an entry on the docket stating that the dismissal for failure to state a claim may count as a "strike&quo t; under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(g). The docket shall reflect that the Court certifies, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) and Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure 24(a)(3)(A), that any appeal of this decision would not be taken in good faith.
