ORDER granting Plaintiff's 6 Motion for Preliminary Injunction. Defendant Frandino and those in active concert or participation with him, including his attorneys, are preliminarily enjoined from proceeding against Berthel Fisher & Company Fi nancial Services, Inc. in the arbitration filed by Defendant before FINRA as Frandino v. Kardaras, et al., Case No. 12-01084.
