ORDER granting 40 Motion to Certify Class. This case is conditionally certified as a collective action under the FLSA § 216(b). FURTHER ORDERED that the class is defined as: all vehicle underwriters who are, or were, employed by U.S. Bank Na tional Association at any time from three years prior to the date of issuance of the notice and continuing to the present. FURTHER ORDERED granting/denying 43 Motion to Seal. While the Court's courtesy copy of the documents were unredacted, the Court has not located unredacted copies in the record. Therefore, Plaintiff shall file an unredacted copy of Exhibits 1, 2, and 4 (as an additional attachment to the motion) not under seal.
