ORDER - The named plaintiffs' motion for conditional certification of a collective action of current and former coach counselors who worked at Canyon State Academy between March 20, 2010 and the present who were required to sleep or stay on the premises overnight without pay 54 is granted. Defendant shall produce a list of all current and former coach counselors meeting the class definition within ten days of the entry of this order. The parties shall submit a jointly revised propos ed notice on or before March 4, 2014. If the parties cannot agree as to the notice, they may request a telephonic conference with the court.
