Filing 20 ORDER granting Defendant Maricopa County's Motion to Dismiss for Failure ot [sic] State a Claim (Doc. 12 ). IT IS ORDERED dismissing Plaintiff's Petition for an Injunction (Doc. 1 ) with prejudice as to Defendants Maricopa County and Mari copa County Superior Court. Plaintiff's Motion for Discovery (Doc. 17 ) is, therefore, moot, and IT IS ORDERED denying Plaintiff's Motion for Discovery (Doc. 17). IT IS ORDERED denying Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 6 ). IT IS ORDERED denying Plaintiff's Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings (Doc. 11 ) and Plaintiff;s Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings (The Sequel) (Doc. 14 ), to the extent the second Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings is posited as a se parate motion for judgment on the pleadings rather than a response.
