Filing 21 ORDER: The reference to the to the Magistrate Judge is withdrawn as to Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to File Amended Complaint (Doc. 17 ) and the screening of Plaintiff's First Amended Complaint. All other matters remain referred to the M agistrate Judge for disposition as appropriate. Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to File Amended Complaint (Doc. 17 ) is granted. The Clerk of Court shall file Plaintiff's First Amended Complaint lodged at Doc. 18 . Plaintiff's claims in Counts One and Two are dismissed. Defendants Ryan, Vicklund, and Linderman must answer the First Amended Complaint or otherwise respond by appropriate motion within the time provided by the applicable provisions of Rule 12(a) of the Federal Rul es of Civil Procedure. Any answer or response must state the specific Defendant by name on whose behalf it is filed.
