Defendants Ryan and Pratt's Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 84 ) is granted, and Plaintiff's Eight h Amendment medical claim against Defendants Ryan and Pratt is dismissed with prejudice. The Report and Recommendation (Doc. 83 ) is adopted, and Defendants Ibrahim, Maranzana, Stueward, Kevis, and Okafor are dismissed from the action without prejudice for failure to serve.
