ORDER granting in part and denying in part 140 Defendant's Motion for Attorney Fees. Awarding Defendant $54,563.67 pursuant to A.R.S. § 12-341.01. Plaintiffs Aleksandar Popovic, Greyside Group, Inc., Greyside Global, LLC and Kenton Associates Resources Corporation shall be jointly and severally liable to Defendant for this amount. Awarding Defendant $289,308.76 pursuant to A.R.S. § 12-349 and 28 U.S.C. § 1927. Plaintiffs Aleksandar Popovic, Greyside Group, Inc. , Greyside Global, LLC and Kenton Associates Resources Corporation shall be jointly and severally liable to Defendant for this amount. Plaintiffs' counsel, Ms. Alane Ortega and the Law Office of Alane M. Ortega P.L.L.C., shall be jointly and severally liable with Plaintiffs for $52, 634.44 of that amount. Defendant Bank of America, N.A. is entitled to ju dgment on all of Plaintiffs' claims against it. The Clerk shall enter judgment accordingly. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, because the Court has dismissed all of Plaintiffs' claims against all named Defendants, the Clerk of the Court is direc ted to close this matter. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED granting Defendant's request to file a motion for attorneys' fees.
