ORDER granting 77 Defendant Bank of America, N.A.'s Motion for Summary Judgment; granting 76 Motion in Limine Pursuant to Rule 37(c)(1) to Preclude Plaintiffs from Introducing or Relying on Damages Evidence; and granting 121 Second Motion in Limine Pursuant to Rule 37(c)(1) to Preclude Plaintiffs from Introducing or Relying on Damages Evidence Disclosed for the First Time in Plaintiff's Response to Motion for Summary Judgment. Defendant Bank of America, N.A. is entitled to ju dgment on all of Plaintiffs' claims against it. The Clerk shall enter judgment accordingly. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, because the Court has dismissed all of Plaintiffs' claims against all named Defendants, the Clerk of the Court is direc ted to close this matter. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED granting Defendant's request to file a motion for attorneys' fees.
