Filing 64 ORDER: The reference to the Magistrate Judge is withdrawn as to the pending motions for summary judgment. (Docs. 32 , 37 ). Plaintiff's Motion for Request to Defendants Norton, Glassey, [and] Ryan['s] Response Dated August 18, 2016, and R yan's Dated August 22, 2016 to Plaintiff's Response Dated August 9, 2016 (Doc. 63 ) is DENIED as moot. Defendants Norton and Glassey's Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 32 ) is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part, consistent with t he reasoning above. Defendant Glassey is entitled to summary judgment on Count V, which is the only remaining claim against Defendant Glassey. Summary judgment for Defendant Norton is denied on Count III, which is the only remaining claim against De fendant Norton. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant Ryan's Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 37 ) is GRANTED.
