ORDER granting in part and denying in part Moving Defendants' Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs' Third Amended Complaint (Doc. 78 ), as detailed in this Order. Counts I, III, and IV are dismissed with prejudice. Count II remains pending as to Defendants IASIS and Health Choice; as to all other Defendants, Count II is dismissed with prejudice. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED granting Genesis OB/GYN, P.C.'s Motion to Dismiss. (Doc. 90 ).
