ORDER that Plaintiff's application for IFP status (Doc. 2 ) is denied. Plaintiff's complaint (Doc. 1 ) is dismissed without prejudice. Plaintiff shall have until November 20, 2015 to file an amended complaint. Plaintiff's motio n to appoint pro bono counsel (Doc. 8 ) is denied. Plaintiff's remaining motions (Docs. 4 , 5 , 6 , 7 ) are denied as moot. The Clerk of Court shall terminate this action without further order of the Court if Plaintiff fails to file an amended complaint by November 20, 2015.
