IT IS FURTHER ORDERED no later than March 21, 2019, the United States shall submit additional briefing on the issue of personal jurisdiction over Guerra for count II of its countercla im. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED no later than April 1, 2019, the parties shall submit a joint proposed form of judgment. The United States shall also submit an explanation for the amounts owed, in particular explaining why the amounts owed by Green and Guerra are different. (See document for further details).
