Filing 104 ORDER: The reference to the Magistrate Judge is withdrawn as to Defendants Kent and Ryan's Motion for Summary Judgment 82 ; GEO Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment 84 ; and Defendants' Motion to Strike 95 . Defendants' Moti on to Strike 95 is granted, and the Clerk of Court must strike Plaintiff's untimely Amended Response 93 and Statement of Facts 94 from the record. Defendants Kent and Ryan's Motion for Summary Judgment 82 is granted and Count Two of the First Amended Complaint is dismissed with prejudice. GEO Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment 84 is granted and Count One of the First Amended Complaint is dismissed without prejudice for failure to exhaust the available administrative remedies.
