IT IS FURTHER ORDERED denying Plaintiff's request to certify a class pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs shall submit a revised proposed Notice and Consent form to the Court no later than October 5, 2018. The final Notice to potential plaintiffs and consent to become party plaintiff should be mailed no later than 14 days after the Court issues final authori zation of the Proposed Notice. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants shall provide Plaintiffs with the names and addresses of all delivery drivers who worked at Rosati's on or after May 24, 2014 no later than September 28, 2018.
