ORDER - The reference to the Magistrate Judge is withdrawn as to Defendant Ryan's Motion to Dismiss (Doc. 60 ), Plaintiff's Motion for Rule 60 Relief Opposed to Dismissal (Doc. 62 ), and Plaintiff's Motion for Preliminary Injunction (Doc. 64 ). Defendant's Motion to Dismiss (Doc. 60 ) is granted, and ADC Defendants and this action are dismissed with prejudice pursuant to the settlement agreement discussed herein. The Clerk shall enter judgment accordingly.
