Harmon's claim that the state overcharged his crimes is waived by his plea of guilty. Counsel d id not "strong arm" Harmon into accepting the plea agreement. Any party may serve and file written objections within 14 days of being served with a copy of this report and recommendation. If objections are not timely filed, they may be deemed waived.
