Filing 7 FINAL JUDGMENT - Defendant is permanently restrained and enjoined from violating, directly or indirectly, Section 10(b) and 17(a)(2) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Defendant is liable for disgorgement of $1,535,000, representing profits gained as a result of the conduct alleged in the Complaint, together with prejudgment interest thereon in the amount of $97,072.85. Defendant shall satisfy this obligation by paying $1,632,072.85 to the Securities and Exchange Commission within 14 days after entry of this Final Judgment. Defendant shall pay a civil penalty in the amount of $1,535,000 to the Securities and Exchange Commission within 14 days after entry of this Final Judgment.
