ORDER - Respondents Executive Office for Immigration Review Director McHenry and United States Immigration Judge Gaz are dismissed from this case. Petitioner's Motion for Preliminary Injunction and/or Temporary Restraining Order (Doc. #2 ) is denied in part as to the request for a Temporary Restraining Order.
