ORDER granting the #8 Motion for Extension of Time to Answer. The Court has determined that good cause exists to defer the filing of an answer, counterclaim, crossclaim or reply while it considers the pending motion to dismiss. If the motion is denied, the Court will designate a time for filing answers, counterclaims, crossclaims, and replies. If no time is designated, Rule 12(a)(4) will apply.
