Respondents shall have 30 days from service of the Petition (Doc. #1 ) to file an Answer. Petitioner shall have 15 days from the filing of Respondents' Answer to file a Reply. If Respondents intend to remove Petitioner from the United States prior to the Court's disposition of this matter, Respondents must file a "Notice of Intent to Remove" and serve a copy on the Court and Petitioner within such time as is reasonable and sufficient to allow Petitioner to file a Motion for Temporary Restraining Order.
