ORDER - Pursuant to the Stipulation and Joint Motion for Entry of Order to Interplead Funds and Release from Liability (Doc. #18 ), and good cause appearing therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED directing Plaintiff to deposit with the Clerk of this Court the amount of $86,400.00, plus interest accrued thereon at the rate of 2.5 percent per annum from July 25, 2018 to the date of deposit of funds, the total amount of the fund in question, with the Clerk of the Court, pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 67 and LRCiv 67.1; and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED discharging Plaintiff in this interpleader action from any further liability to Defendants under the Term Life Insurance Policy, Policy No. 5,458,804 with respect to the fund in question herein and dismissing Plaintiff in interpleader as a party from this action.
