The Preliminary Injunction (Doc. #26 ) is vacated and Plaintiffs' request for a permanent injunction (Doc. #31 ) is denied. Plaintiffs have 14 days from the issuance of this order to file a renewed motion for default judgment on Counts One through Seven of the complaint.
