ORDER granting Plaintiff's Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis (Doc. #7 at 9-13). As required by the accompanying Order to the appropriate government agency, Plaintiff must pay the $350.00 filing fee and is assessed an initial partial filing fee of $19.60. The First Amended Complaint (Doc. #7 ) is dismissed for failure to state a claim. ORDER: Plaintiff's Motion #5 is granted to the extent that the Court will provide Plaintiff with an extension of time in which to comply with the Court's April 11, 2019 Order. The Motion is denied to the extent Plaintiff seeks any other relief. Within 30 days of the date this Order is filed, Plaintiff must either pay the $350.00 filing fee and $50.00 administrative fee or file a complete Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis and a certified six-month trust account statement. Plaintiff also has 30 days from the date this Order is filed to file a first amended complaint in compliance with the Court's April 11, 2019 Order. If Plaintiff fails to either pay the $350.00 filing fee and $50.00 administrative fee or file a complete Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis within 30 days, the Clerk of Court must enter a judgment of dismissal of this action without prejudice and without further notice to Plaintiff and deny any pending unrelated motions as moot. If Plaintiff fails to file an amended complaint within 30 days, the Clerk of Court must, without further notice, enter a judgment of dismissal of this action without prejudice.
