ORDER: IT IS ORDERED that: (1) A status conference is set in this matter on Thursday, June 27, 2019, at 9:30 a.m. in Courtroom 601, Sandra Day O'Connor U.S. Federal Courthouse, 401 W. Washington St., Phoenix, Arizona 85003. (2) Father shall serve Mother with a copy of this Order by no later than 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 25, 2019, and then submit proof of such service by filing an Affidavit of Service in the docket by no later than noon on Wednesday, June 26, 2019. If Father fails to comply with either of these deadlines, the June 27, 2019 status hearing will be vacated and reset for some time in July 2019. (3) Assuming the June 27, 2019 status conference proceeds as planned, the parties are authorized to appear telephonically if in-person attendance is impractical. Any party that will appear telephonically must contact the Court's chambers at (602) 322-7510 by 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 26, 2019 to inform the Court that the appearance will be telephonic.
