Filing 17 ORDER: Pending before the Court is the parties' Stipulation to Extend Time to Make MIDP Disclosures and Request to Continue Rule 16 Scheduling Conference (First Request) (Doc. #16 ). For good cause showing, the Court will approve the parties' stipulations to extend their MIDP disclosure deadline to June 29, 2020 and their deadline to produce Electronically Stored Information ("ESI") to August 8, 2020. However, the Court does not find cause to continue the parties' June 4, 2020 Rule 16 Scheduling Conference, and thus will deny that request. The Court's Order requires that the parties provide the Court with "[a] discussion of the parties' compliance to date with the MIDP" prior to the scheduled conference. (Doc. #9 ). It does not require that these disclosures are necessarily made before a scheduling conference can be held. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the Order setting the parties' Rule 16 Scheduling Conference (Doc. #9 ) is affirmed. ORDERED by Judge Diane J Humetewa on 4/20/2020. This is a TEXT ENTRY ONLY.
