Filing 10 ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff Briana T. Sandy shall, no later than 6/26/2020, show cause in writing (not to exceed 10 pages) why this Court should not grant Defendant Quality Inn & Suite's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction (Doc. #8 ) for failing to file a response thereto. Plaintiff is advised that if she fails to respond to the Motion to Dismiss, such failure may be deemed consent to the granting of the motion, and the Court may dispose of the Motion to Dismiss summarily. See LRCiv 7.2(i). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff shall, no later than 6/26/2020, show cause in writing (not to exceed 3 pages) why the action against Defendant Choice Hotels International, Inc. should not be dismissed for Plaintiff's failure to serve Defendant within the time frame set forth in Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(m). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED directing the Clerk of the Court to mail a copy of this order to Plaintiff at the address listed on the docket. Ordered by Judge Michael T. Liburdi on 6/5/2020.
