ORDER - Petitioner shall have until 12:00 p.m. on Monday, 4/6/20 to file an Amended Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus (2241). Respondent shall have until 5:00pm on Wednesday, 4/8/20 to file an Answer to the Amended Petition. Petitioner shall have until 5:00 p.m. on Friday, 4/10/20 to file a Reply to Respondent's answer. The Court will set a hearing on this matter by separate order if necessary. The Clerk shall email a copy of this Order to the Immigration TRO Distribution List.
