Filing 11 AMENDED ORDER: IT IS ORDERED that the parties' stipulation (Doc. #9 ) is granted. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the matter is stayed and ordered to binding arbitration in conformity with this stipulation. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties must file a joint status report six months from the date of this Order, and every six months thereafter, summarizing the status of the arbitration. Failure to do so may result in the dismissal of this action. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all hearing dates currently on calendar are vacated. This Court shall maintain jurisdiction pursuant to 9 U.S.C. 9 to enforce any award resulting from the binding arbitration. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the motion to stay (Doc. #4 ) is denied as moot.
