Counsel has entered an appearance for Defendant Ngo and Defendant Ngo has consented to the exercise of magistrate judge jurisdiction over this matter. Counsel has also averred that Defendant Andrew Diamond is unmarried. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the CM/ECF docket and the caption of this matter shall be amended substituting Ling Ngo for "Unknown Lou," and to terminate "Unknown Diamond" as a defendant and to reflect that Defendant Diamond is not "a married couple."
