July 17, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 8 CONSENT JUDGMENT ORDER - ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Defendants Stratis Construction, Inc. and Stratis Matheos, their officers, agents, servants, and employees and those persons in active concert or participation with them who receive actual notice of this order (by personal service or otherwise) be, and they hereby are, permanently enjoined and restrained from violating the FLSA in any of the manners listed in this Order. FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that: Defendants, jointly and severally, shall pay to the Secretary the additional sum of $1.5 million in liquidated damages hereby found to be due for the period of July 14, 2017 to July 12, 2019, to the present and former employees named on the attached Exhibit A. FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that: Defendants, jointly and severally, shall pay to the Secretary the additional sum of $200,000 in civil money penalties which have been assessed and finally determined pursuant to 29 U.S.C. 216(e)(2). FURTHER ORDERED JUDGMENT IS HEREBY ENTERED, in favor of the Secretary and against the Defendants, jointly and severally, in the total amount of $3.2 million. Defendants shall pay the monetary amounts due under this Judgment to the workers set forth in the attached Exhibit A in nine installments. FURTHER ORDERED that this Court shall retain jurisdiction of this action for purposes of enforcing compliance with the terms of this Consent Judgment. See document for complete details.
