ORDER: Before the Court is a Motion to Compel Appraisal (Doc. #13 ) and six other filings related to that Motion, including a "Notice Re: Clarification," (Doc. #18 ) which the Court finds to be an improper sur-reply, and a response to that Notice (Doc. #19 ), which the Court finds to be an improper sur-sur-reply. These filings contain a number of unhelpful and unnecessary arguments and statements, and are all related to what the Court deems to be an unopposed Motion. The Court reminds the parties that the Court's public docket is not the place for the parties to communicate with each other in this manner. Nonetheless, the Court will grant the Motion (Doc. #13 ). The Court also stays this matter pending the appraisal. The parties have sixty (60) days to complete the appraisal. The parties shall jointly file a status report within fourteen (14) days of the completion of the appraisal.
