ORDER - The Court own review of the record reveals that on September 4, 2020, mail sent to Plaintiff was returned to the Clerk of Court as undeliverable. Pursuant to Rule 83.3(d) of the Local Rules of Civil Procedure, Plaintiff must file and serve a notice of a change of address. Plaintiff has failed to do so. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that no later than 10 days from the date of this Order, Plaintiff shall either: (1) file a notice of change of address, or (2) show cause why this matter should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute in light of his failure to comply with this Court's Orders and file a notice of change of address.
