Each Defendant, and each of its officers, agents, servants, employees, directors, attorneys, successors, parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and assigns, and all of those in active concert and participation with any of the foregoing persons or entities, are hereby PERMANENTLY AND IMMEDIATELY ENJOINED.... All parties shall bear their respective attorneys' fees and costs. The terms of the Settlement Agreement between the parties and this Judgment are to be construed together.
