The Clerk of Court is directed to amend the case caption to reflect that there is no Defendant "Robert Lawrence A. Madrigal"; rather, Deputies Robert Lawrence Normile and Manuel A. ORDER: The parties stipulated that Plaintiff would file a Fourth Amended Complaint ("FAC") (Doc. #4 ), the Court granted that stipulation (Doc. 5 ), and Plaintiff filed the FAC (Doc. #6 ). Defendants moved to strike the FAC solely on the grounds that Plaintiff failed to file the notice and redlined draft required by LRCiv 15.1(b). (Doc. #7 ). That same day, Plaintiff filed the notice and redlined draft. (Doc. #8 .) Although Plaintiff's filing of the notice and redlined draft was ten days late, the delay was short and the Court can extend Defendants' response time to avoid any prejudice. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that Defendants' motion to strike (Doc. #7 ) is denied. The deadline for Defendants to respond to the FAC is extended to March 15, 2021.
