Filing 16 ORDER: On May 21, 2021, Plaintiff filed a motion that the Court construed as a motion for reconsideration of the Court's May 17, 2021 order (Doc. #10 ). (Doc. #12 .) On May 26, 2021, the Court denied Plaintiff's motion for reconsideration. (Doc. #13 .) On June 10, 2021, Plaintiff filed a second motion for reconsideration of the same May 17, 2021 order.
