| Filing 7 CLERK'S JUDGMENT - IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that pursuant to the Court's order filed April 23, 2021, judgment of dismissal is entered. Plaintiff to take nothing, and the complaint and action are dismissed without prejudice. (SST) |

ORDER: This case is severed into individual actions, one for each named Plaintiff. The Clerk of Court shall assign a new case number to each individual action. The Clerk of Court shall file a copy of the Complaint (Doc. #1 ) and this Order in each new case. The rulings in this Order shall apply in each new case. The Clerk of Court shall close this case (CV 21-00670-PHX-DLR (JFM)) and enter judgment accordingly. Within 30 days of the date this Order is filed, each Plaintiff, except Plaintiff Goff, must either pay the $350.00 filing fee and $52.00 administrative fee or file a complete Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis and a certified six-month trust account statement in his individual case. The Complaint (Doc. #1 ) is dismissed without prejudice. Each Plaintiff has 30 days to file an amended complaint in his individual case, not in this case, asserting only his claims. The Clerk of Court must mail each Plaintiff, except Plaintiff Goff, a court-approved form for filing an Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis. The Clerk of Court must mail each Plaintiff a civil rights complaint by a prisoner. The Arizona Department of Corrections must ensure that each individual Plaintiff receives a copy of this Order.
