May 14, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 9 ORDER - IT IS ORDERED: Plaintiff's motion to expedite (Doc. #7 ) is granted to the extent provided below. Defendants Shinn, O'Brien, Larson, Centurion, Karanja-Adams, Graciano, Diaz, Todd, and Headstream must answer the First Amended Complaint. The Clerk's Office must prepare service packets for Defendants Shinn, O'Brien, Larson, Centurion, Karanja-Adams, Graciano, Diaz, Todd, and Headstream and forward them to the United States Marshal for service. The United States Marshal must immediately personally serve copies of the Summons, First Amended Complaint, the motion for a preliminary injunction, and this Order on Defendants Shinn, Centurion, Karanja-Adams, and Headstream pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 4(e) and (h). The United States Marshal must personally serve within ten (10) days copies of the Summons, First Amended Complaint, and this Order on Defendants O'Brien, Larson, Graciano, Diaz, and Todd pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 4(e). The United States Marshal must submit a confirmation of service on these Defendants within 15 days from the date of this Order.
