ORDER - IT IS ORDERED: The Clerk of Court must immediately forward the Motion for Injunctive Relief (Doc. #8 ) to the United States Marshal. The United States Marshal must immediately personally serve a copy of the Motion for Injunctive Relief on Defendants Shinn, Centurion, Karanja-Adams, and Headstream pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 4(e) and (h). The Clerk of Court must email a copy of this Order to Assistant Arizona Attorney General Michael E. Gottfried at michael.gottfried@azag.gov and Sarah L. Barnes at slb@bowwlaw.com. Defendants Shinn, Centurion, Karanja-Adams, and Headstream must answer the First Amended Complaint or otherwise respond by appropriate motion on or before May 27, 2021. Defendants O'Brien, Larson, Graciano, Diaz, and Todd must answer the First Amended Complaint or otherwise respond by appropriate motion within the time provided by the applicable provisions of Rule 12(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. ORDER - IT IS ORDERED: Plaintiff's motion to expedite (Doc. #7 ) is granted to the extent provided below. Defendants Shinn, O'Brien, Larson, Centurion, Karanja-Adams, Graciano, Diaz, Todd, and Headstream must answer the First Amended Complaint. The Clerk's Office must prepare service packets for Defendants Shinn, O'Brien, Larson, Centurion, Karanja-Adams, Graciano, Diaz, Todd, and Headstream and forward them to the United States Marshal for service. The United States Marshal must immediately personally serve copies of the Summons, First Amended Complaint, the motion for a preliminary injunction, and this Order on Defendants Shinn, Centurion, Karanja-Adams, and Headstream pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 4(e) and (h). The United States Marshal must personally serve within ten (10) days copies of the Summons, First Amended Complaint, and this Order on Defendants O'Brien, Larson, Graciano, Diaz, and Todd pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 4(e). The United States Marshal must submit a confirmation of service on these Defendants within 15 days from the date of this Order. The Clerk of Court must email a copy of this Order to Assistant Arizona Attorney General Michael E. Gottfried at michael.gottfried@azag.gov and Sarah L. Barnes at slb@bowwlaw.com. Defendants Shinn, Centurion, Karanja-Adams, and Headstream must answer the First Amended Complaint or otherwise respond by appropriate motion within 10 days following service on them.
