Filing 1 ORDER (Severed from CV-21-00670-PHX-DLR (JFM)) - This case is severed into individual actions, one for each named Plaintiff. The Clerk of Court shall assign a new case number to each individual action. The Clerk of Court shall file a copy of the Complaint and this Order in each new case. The rulings in this Order shall apply in each new case. Within 30 days of the date this Order is filed, each Plaintiff, except Plaintiff Goff, must either pay the $350.00 filing fee and $52.00 administrative fee or file a complete Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis and a certified six-month trust account statement in his individual case. The Complaint (Doc. #2 ) is dismissed without prejudice. Each Plaintiff has 30 days to file an amended complaint in his individual case, not in this case, asserting only his claims. The Clerk shall enter judgment of dismissal without prejudice and deny any pending unrelated motions as moot if Plaintiff fails to comply. The Clerk of Court must mail each Plaintiff, except Plaintiff Goff, a court-approved form for filing an Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis.
