Filing 14 ORDER - IT IS ORDERED that Defendants' motion for an extension of time to respond to the complaint (Doc. #10 ) is GRANTED. Defendants shall have until September 24, 2021 in which to file answer or otherwise respond to the complaint. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff's motions for entry of default (Docs. #12 , #13 ) are DENIED. The parties are reminded "that civil litigation in federal court is not a game of gotcha." See Chabrowski v. Litwin, No. CV-16- 03766-PHX-DLR, 2017 WL 3530373, at *1 (D. Ariz. June 19, 2017). The very first rule of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure directs the Court and the parties to construe, administer, and employ the rules "to secure the just, speedy, and inexpensive determination of every action and proceeding."
