The Final Award of the Arbitration Panel, dated November 12, 2021, is confirmed by the Court pursuant to § 9 of the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. § 9. FURTHER ORDERED that Respondent AIDS Healthcare Foundation is awarded its reasonable attorn eys' fees and costs it incurred in seeking the confirmation of the final arbitration award in the sum of $114,333.09. IT IS ORDERED denying 67 Petitioner Caremark, L.L.C. and Caremark PCS, L.L.C.'s Motion for Protective Order t o Maintain Redactions to Documents Filed in Accordance with May 5, 2022, Order. Accordingly, the Clerk of the Court is directed to unseal all filings in this case. FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall enter a judgment in favor of Respo ndent AIDS Healthcare Foundation confirming the Final Award of the Arbitration Panel, dated November 12, 2021. (Doc. 12-9 at 1475). FURTHER ORDERED that AHF is awarded attorneys' fees and costs in the sum of $114,333.09, plus pre-judgment i nterest computed on the total amount of $23,113,158.57 at the annual rate of 5.75% and at a daily rate of $3,641.11 running from November 12, 2021, to the date of entry of this Judgment, plus post-judgment interest on the foregoing sums at the rate of 2.92% until paid in full.
