If the Court decides not to sua sponte remand after reviewing Defendants' memorandum, the deadline for Plaintiff to file a motion to remand pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1447(c) will be extended to 30 days from the issuance of the Court's decision not to remand sua sponte. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties' stipulation (Doc. #5 ) is granted. The deadline for Defendants to respond to the complaint is extended to January 31, 2022.
